Buildcorp have successfully completed another project for long standing client Cove Properties. Boyd Park at 2 – 4 William St Murrumbeena is a boutique development of 41 apartments with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. The building has been stylishly designed by PDC Architects and includes an articulated façade with a blend of sandstone and anodised aluminium panels. The $11.5m project was completed ahead of time and on budget. Buildcorp have now completed over ten projects for Cove properties and look forward to building many more.
